These shrimp tacos are guaranteed to please any Mexican food aficionado and they’re quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:
2 Corn Tortilla
2 Slice Provolone Cheese
1 TBSP Mexican Crema (Sour cream)
1 TBSP Salted Butter
1 TBSP/Cloves Garlic
1/4 tsp Cayanne Pepper
1/4 Cup Red Cabbage
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion, Cilantro,Tomato
2 Lime Wedges
Directions:
- Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cayenne pepper
- Sauté shrimp in butter garlic mixture
- Place cheese slice in seperate pan and fry until crispy
- Remove cheese with spatula & replace with tortilla, fry it in the oil left by the cheese
- Place fried cheese on top of the cooking tortilla
- Add shrimp to tortilla with a little butter & garlic juice
- Garnish with chopped veggies and cabbage
- Drizzle with cream and squeeze lime juice over topM
